UVIRA /South Kivu : Bishop MURHEBWA Constant is innocent in the case against the Mayor of uvira and the province of South kivu (Me.Serge MISEKA)

After verification and trial between these two parties and during the Urban Security Council of the uvira city hall, it was found that Bishop MURHEBWA Constant is not remotely or directly responsible for the abduction of children in Uvira as the people said and no victim has so demonstrated the evidence against the bishop.
